Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the Bundle Deals Market affiliate program ("Program"). By applying to and participating in the Program, you agree to these terms.

1. Enrollment & Approval

To participate, you must hold an active Bundle Deals Market account and submit an application. Approval is at our sole discretion. Approval as an affiliate does not automatically entitle you to promote every product — you must separately request to promote each eligible product or bundle, and each request is individually reviewed and approved by us.

2. Commission Structure

• Commission rates are set per product by Bundle Deals Market and displayed to you before you request to promote a product.
• Commission is calculated as a percentage of the points spent by the referred customer on the qualifying purchase, and is credited to a separate affiliate commission balance in points.
• The applicable rate is fixed (snapshot) at the time of each sale and is not affected by later rate changes.
• Commission balance is separate from your spendable store points and cannot be spent on store purchases directly.
• Earned commission first appears in your balance as pending. It becomes available (withdrawable) only after the referred customer's refund window for that purchase has closed — see Section 4.

3. Attribution

• Attribution is tracked per product. When a customer clicks your product-specific referral link, a cookie is set for 30 days (or such other period as configured in the Program settings).
• Attribution follows a last-click model for the specific product your link refers to. You earn commission only on the exact product or bundle your referral link or code belongs to — not on other products the customer may purchase.
• A customer may also enter your referral code at checkout to attribute a purchase to you.
• Self-referrals are blocked. You will not earn commission on your own purchases.
• Commission is earned only on completed, non-refunded purchases.

4. Withdrawals & Payouts

• You may withdraw only commission that has become available. Commission on a referred sale remains pending — visible in your balance but not withdrawable — for 7 days from the date of the customer's purchase. This mirrors our product refund guarantee period (see our Refund Policy).
• If the customer requests and receives a refund within that 7-day window, the pending commission for that sale is voided and never becomes available.
• Once the 7-day period elapses without a refund, the pending commission is released and becomes available, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.
• You may request a withdrawal of your available commission balance once you reach the minimum threshold set in the Program settings.
• Withdrawals convert your points to Dollars at the global conversion rate in effect at the time of your request.
• Payouts are processed manually to the bank account details you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the details are accurate.
• The conversion rate at the time of your request is fixed for that withdrawal.
• Bundle Deals Market is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect account details you have provided.

5. Prohibited Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of commissions:

• Earning commission on your own purchases or those of immediate family members using your link.
• Spam, unsolicited email, or posting referral links in violation of third-party platform rules.
• Bidding on the "Bundle Deals Market" brand name or related trademarks in pay-per-click advertising.
• Coupon-site or cashback-site bidding that misrepresents your link as an official discount.
• Misrepresenting the product, its price, or your relationship with Bundle Deals Market.
• Using deceptive redirects, toolbars, or cookie-stuffing techniques.

6. Refunds & Reversals

If a referred purchase is refunded, the corresponding commission is voided and reversed from your commission balance. A refund within the 7-day holding period (Section 4) voids the commission before it ever becomes withdrawable; a refund after the holding period reverses it from your available balance, and Bundle Deals Market reserves the right to recover any commission already paid out that is attributed to fraudulent, chargeback, or reversed transactions.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account and revoke any approved product promotions at any time for violation of this Agreement or for any fraudulent or abusive activity. Upon termination for cause, any pending commission may be forfeited.

8. No Exclusivity

This Agreement is non-exclusive. You may participate in other affiliate programs, and Bundle Deals Market may engage other affiliates for the same products.

9. Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The cookie duration and conversion rate in effect for existing tracked referrals are governed by the settings at the time of the referral.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bundle Deals Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability is limited to the unpaid commission balance in your account at the time the claim arises.
